Chief Justice Lahore High Court cancels notification of transfer of 2 judges hearing cases on May 9

Islamabad (News) Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Alia Neelam, has cancelled the transfer notice of two judges who were hearing the May 9 cases. After the approval of Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Alia Neelam, the transfer notice of the two judges was issued late last night.

According to the notice, Justice Arshad Javed of the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore, who was hearing the May 9 cases, has been transferred to Bhawannagar, while Justice Asaf Bashir has been transferred from Bhawannagar to Lahore. Now the transfer notice of the two judges has been cancelled and a fresh notice has been issued, according to which the transfer orders of the two judges have been cancelled and both have been directed to continue their work. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Alia Neelam, has so far delivered the verdict in three cases of May 9.
